Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support to Stre@mline clients
  • Train Stre@mline users
  • Work closely with other hardware engineers at Streamline Health Tech Co. LTD. to install, set up, test, and provide technical support to ensure Stre@mline is working well in the respective health facilities.
  • Conduct a demo of how Stre@mline works to potential clients whenever you are called upon.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Stre@mline clients.
  • Maintain a positive attitude to customers in the field and offer a strong customer focus
  • Document technical issues faced in the field and publish them on the Streamline Health Tech Ltd blog
  • Offer offsite support to clients through proper management of the ticketing system with clients
  • Identify potential areas of interest to Stre@mline clients and advise accordingly on how to meet their needs.
  • Advise Stre@mline clients on the required IT hardware infrastructure needs and work with the iStreams IT hardware shop if possible to supply those requirements.
  • Bill clients and write invoices on behalf of Streamline Health Tech Co. Ltd for the work done in the field
  • Build very good customer- Streamline Health Tech relations

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or the equivalent
  • Reasonable experience as an IT field engineer
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technology savvy with a clear understanding of how information systems operate
